Our campsite is closing for the season on 30 September 2020

Due to the increasing Covid rate we have made the decision to close our campsite for the season on 30 September 2020. This is a decision that hasn’t been taken lightly; we decided that it was the right thing to do to protect both our customers and staff.

We will reopen in April 2021; we will announce on our website and our social media pages once we open the booking system for next season.

Stay safe over the autumn and winter and we look forward to seeing you next season.

Reopening on 04 July 2020

Following on from today’s announcement in Parliament we are pleased to inform you that we will be reopening on Saturday 04 July 2020.

The facilities block and play areas will be open. Please note that the disabled and family rooms are unavailable at this current time.

We will be adhering to the social distancing guidelines throughout the campsite and ask that you all do so too.

Bookings can be made online, please read the terms and conditions before you make a booking. www.pillatonhallfarm.co.uk

We are looking forward to getting open and welcoming all our guests to Pillaton Hall Farm.

Please be aware that moving into this next stage is conditional and may be reversed by the government.

We are pleased to announce that the booking system has reopened …..

We are pleased to let you know that we have reopened our booking system.

We still do not know when we will be allowed to open; but due to the many emails and phone calls we have had asking when people can rebook, we made the decision to open it up for you all.

Please be aware that any bookings made will be non-refundable; date changes only will apply if the restrictions are extended by the Government.

If you did need to change your booking and we are fully booked for any dates you require then you will automatically be moved to 2021. This date can be moved once, if it is available, pro rata to any other date in 2021.

We are in the process of putting Covid-19 Health and Safety measures in place. Whereas we are planning on opening our facilities block; until we receive the government guidance we cannot guarantee that they will allow us to open it. We are sorry to say that at this time we will not be able to open the disabled access rooms due to their confined space and our family rooms will be closed for staff use only. The facilities block, if we can open it, will be available for toilet, hand washing and shower use only. We ask that you use your own units for all other things such as cleaning your teeth.

Please be aware that we will not be allowing visitors on to the site at this current time and will ask you to leave, along with the rest of your party if you bring people on who are not on the original booking.

We are unsure if the children’s play areas will be allowed to be opened, again we are awaiting government guidance.

You will need to make provisions to have your own toilet and washing facilities in place, just incase we are told we cannot open the faciilities block. This could be a toilet tent with a portaloo and a bowl to wash your hands with.

We will be changing the way you check in for your safety, more details to follow.

Please note that it is only online booking available at this current time; please ensure that you fully read our terms and conditions before you make a booking.

Stay safe and we are looking forward to seeing you all soon.
